Terms of service

These terms will cover the use of Warmline by mortgage companies, agencies and the licensed professionals who work there, including account responsibilities, acceptable use, consent requirements for contacting leads, fees, and limits of liability.

Warmline is a follow-up tool. It does not quote rates or prices, make credit or coverage decisions, or give lending or insurance advice; those always come from the licensed professional.
